Santa Fe Real Estate slowed its appreciation in the last year, but seems to be continuing in an upward trend. Commercial and land real estate values are solid, and residential values have moved up. We are honoring Nancy Fischer this month. She has been active in Santa Fe Real Estate since 1978. Nancy Fischer has been a real estate professional since 1978 and a resident of New Mexico since 1971. Nancy's abilities have made her widely sought after by both buyers and sellers. She has consistently produced results for her clients. She was a Director of the Santa Fe Association of Realtors and was the Santa Fe Association’s Realtor of the Year in 1995. This is the most valued designation by Realtors, as recipients are chosen first for their exemplary practice of the profession and then for their service to the Association and to the community. For five years she taught “Cultural Competence” to the new Realtors, a class where the underlying histories of this Northern New Mexico area was discussed, along with the skills for successful culture bridging.
