Most people leave the big city to retire in Santa Fe. Mark moved here and started producing viable solutions for nonprofits and creating products to help them succeed. From being Dean of Skidmore College to bringing in $250k a day at UNICEF, Mark's experience formed the framework and mission of Santa Fe Center for Creative Management. Simply put: different methods, different results.

Tracy Hogg

If Tracy wrote a book it would be called 101 Things You Can Still Do While Your Nail Polish Dries, and the sequel of course would be The Many More Things You Can Do with Wet Nails, it's not at all like Waiting for Godot. Obviously a master multi-tasker with lots of ideas (and impeccable nails), Tracy thrives on deadlines and the ever present challenge to pioneer fresh ideas. She has a BA in Communications/Design and has mastered two successful careers in development and marketing communications - often with a blurred line between them.

Always ready to ignite the creative spirit, Tracy is someone who will show you how to think outside the box and transforms "We've always done it this way" into "let's test market this new approach with measureable objectives".

When it comes to nonprofit fundraising she's been told she is a "fearless" asker and inspires others to do the same. Tracy is also passionate about raising the bar when it comes to showing nonprofit organizations how to get past the tin-cup approach and evolve into the professional, competitive business they are.
