-Held overhead costs to less than 2% of donations and attracted major foundation support for program

Supervised staff responsible for raising $52 million per year through various development and business-related activities including major donor fund raising, greeting cards sales, direct mail solicitations, and licensing agreements

-Increased Planned Giving revenue through cultivation of individuals, analysis programs and one-on-one follow-up
